SINGER MODEL 66

OSCILLATING HOOK

MANUFACTURED FROM 1900 TO 1950'S

66-1 WITH LOTUS DECALS IN A PARLOR CABINET

S/N D6316581 - 1909

THIS EGYPTIAN LOTUS DESIGN WAS USED FROM 1900 UNTIL AROUND 1910 WHEN THE FAMOUS "RED HEAD" OR "RED EYE" DESIGN WAS USED. THE 66-1 THROUGH 66-3 HAD A REAR MOUNTED PRESSER FOOT. (NOTE: I BELIEVE MANY OF THESE EARLIER REAR MOUNTED PRESSER FEET MIGHT HAVE BEEN CHANGED OVER TO THE LATER SIDE MOUNTED WHEN ATTACHMENTS FOR THE REAR MOUNT BECAME UNAVAILABLE)

66-4 "RED EYE"

G1832352 - 1912

THIS DESIGN WAS USED FROM ABOUT 1912 THROUGH ABOUT 1923 WHEN THE ALL BLACK WITH GOLD FILIGREE DESIGN WAS USED.
